H.P. Lovecraft - 1967 US Philips label 10-track stereo LP

Scarce 1967 US Philips label 10-track stereo LP - the debut album by psychedelic and folk influenced Chicago, Illinois, based rock quintet.

Vinyl has tuscan red labels with top blue and white shield logo and red, white and blue colourband just above center hole - all text is in black printing - a company label stretching from late 1966 to 1969.
Vinyl is housed in a sturdy back pasted picture cover.

Condition: VG+ (Vinyl and Labels)/VG (Cover):
Vinyl is bright and shiny - has a couple of faint and very superficial surface lines combined with light sleeve scuffing. Labels has a very few light, simple and superficial spindletraces... also a touch of superficial spindlewear to the immediate vicinity of the center hole - labels are graded near mint. Vinyl itself is simply very nice VG+.
Cover has a little top and bottom ringwear on front as well as back... light and fine creasing from spine... one along opening as well. Cover has tape on seams towrds corners.... hard to tell if seams are worn through under lower seam tape and against upper spine corner - but seam is worn through ca 3"'s against top opening corner. Spine is unworn and easily readable - opening edges has very light rubbing and a top dent... Cover looks nice though - the tougher imperfections is clearly along seams against corners... otherwise a very nice representation of the artwork - graded VG.
