Rare 1997 UK Dedicated label 12CD Limited Edition Box featuring Jason Pierce's 12 tracks spread over 12 1-track 3" CD's... all neatly presented as necessary medication - CD's packed in foil closed blister packs, complete with medical information leaflet/"Patient Product Information" design insert... that is credits & additional info - ultimately housed in a 8" x 12" box.

2 discs has been removed from the blister packs and played - one is a very nice VG+ - the other near mint. The remaining CD's are still sealed.

Info sheet is near mint - box has some degree of wrinling and suyperficial crease - mostly from marginal bends. Tag glue residue is present in the top right corner - nothing grave. Box is graded VG+.
