All That You Can't Leave Behind - Official 2000 Danish Universal label Promotional Issue 11-track CD Acetate

Extremely scarce official 2000 Danish in-house 'Advance Album' promotional CD-R acetate, distributed exclusively by the Danish branch of Universal Music in early autumn 2000 prior to the official release of the landmark 'All That You Can't Leave Behind' album.

This ultra-limited series of full album promos was replicated locally by the Danish Universal branch using their internal supply of premium, generic corporate-printed Universal CD-R blanks. The laser-etched matrix codes on these archival-grade discs explicitly verify authentic, premium Sonopress-manufactured blanks from a batch pressed in Gütersloh, Germany, throughout the year 2000 - which were kept in stock at the Copenhagen corporate offices specifically for restricted, immediate pre-release media servicing.

This disc was not supplied to Sonopres by the Royston, Hertfordshire, UK based Plasmon Data Systems. It does not have any outer ring hub print - indicating that this disc is an in-house Sonopress Germany production run. We have only seen very few of these.

Disc is housed in a generic company sleeve with data sticker - featuring release date text on back.

Condition: NM (Disc)/VG+ (Sleeve):
Disc has very faint signs of handling - graded Near Mint. Sleeve sticker is easily graded Near Mint - but sleeve itself has faint tag glue residue, a very few light edge creases, faint scuffing, very little edge and light rubbing - all to a minor degree and nothing bad - graded VG+
