Debut album of the danish diy artist, hr. Recorded over 2,5 years in his own apartment in Copenhagen. Inspired by a love relationship that failed numerous times, and the struggle to cope with the loss, the childhood wounds that got triggered along the way, and the battle to find back home to one-self and move forward.
Deeply related to the sounds and aesthetics of the 80´s and the love for synthwave, Kraftwerk, Depeche Mode, Tears for Fears, Howard Jones and Peter Gabriel, intertwined with the nostalgic and melancholic lo-fi production of Boards of Canada and other downtempo/IDM acts.
