The album ¡Beleza! is a studio recording of a number of compositions written and arranged by Lars Emil Jørgensen to Ocean Orchestra. The music was originally composed on a Atlantic crossing from Europe to The Caribbean Sea and a journey through North and Northeast Brazil in 2014-2015. A demo of the music was made in 2020, and the arrangement of the compositions were finalized I 2022-2023. In May and June 2023 the recordings were made in Copenhagen in Studio 3 and Eat Meters studio.

In addition to the roots in the Nordic musical language and the moods from the open ocean, the compositions draw inspiration from the Brazilian music tradition, Spanish flamenco, jazz and the tonal universe of the Spanish guitar.
