A Hard Day’s Night - 2024 European Apple/Capitol label 12-track Mono LP Reissue

2024 UK/European Universal Music label 12-track reissue of the Beatles great 1964 US mono album originally issued on the United Artist imprint. The 2024 is issued in connections to the 60th anniversary of the peak year for Beatlemania in the United States and features the original 1964 US mono mix which was thought as being superior to the then issued stereo version - and featuring instrumental versions of I Should Have Known Better, And I Love Her, and A Hard Day's Night and Ringo's Theme (This Boy) which were unavailable of the UK and European versions.

The US mono issue of the A Hard Day’s Night album is brought to life using the original 1964 mono master with new lacquers, that have been cut all-analogue by Kevin Reeves at Nashville’s East Iris Studios. By constantly referring to the original first  pressing, the album is are faithful to the original release while also enabling more musical information to be heard than was possible before.

Pressed on 180 gram audiophile black vinyl - delivered in a picture cover featuring faithfully replicated artwork from the original 1964 US issue - and a new four-panel insert with essay by American Beatles historian, Bruce Spizer.
