Junipher Greene - 2023 Norwegian Artistic Sense/NOPA label 5LP/4CD/DVD Box Set

The legendary norwegian prog-rock band Junipher Greene has released a boxset with their 4 studio albums - a joint high end collaboration between the small independent Artistic Sence and Norwegian Society of Composers and Lyricists.

1971 was the year Junipher Greene released their first album "Friendship". It was the first double album released in Norway, with Odd Nedrum designing the cover. Many years later, Dagens Næringsliv named the album the best album in Norwegian rock history, with a-ha "Hunting High and Low" in second place.
"Friendship" is an album that is rich in musical impressions. We call it prog rock with elements of blues, jazz and folk music.
The deluxe edition of the Junipher Greene box is now sold out, but we still have some of standard box back left in stock.
 
The box has a limited edition of 250 copies and is numbered. It contains one book, all the group's studio albums "Friendship", “Communication", "Rewind" and "Forbudte formiddags toner", also in CD format and a DVD from their concert in Cosmopolite, Oslo 21 of November 2015.
 
In January 2023 they were in the studio and recording "Sun, Moon and Stars". A song that was made right after "Friendship" was recorded, but the song never was released in any off the band albums. Untill now, it have been included as a bonus track on "Friendship".
 
"Easy Flying" is the B-side of the single "Ugha Mugha Sunshine Boy" and is included as a bonus track on "Communication".
