Scarce 1990 German Sire/Warner Bros. 12” vinyl single containing remixes of Vogue and Keep It Together.

In 1990 it was planned that Keep It Together should be the final single release from the mega hit album Like A Prayer. Madonna and Shep Pettibone met up to create a song as the singles b-side and together they worked on Vogue. After presenting the song to Warner Brothers music executives it was decided that the song was too good for a b-side and should be released on its own.

This decision proved to be wise, as Vogue soon became a monster hit for Madonna going no. 1 in 30 countries around the world. Keep It Together did get a single release in USA and Japan, while the song ended up as the b-side to Vogue in a remixed version in Europe.

The song was also included in another mix on the album I’m Breathless – Music from and inspired by the film Dick Tracy even though it had little to do with that project.

Vogue is a fan favorite and has been performed live during 6 of Madonna’s World Tour, at Award Shows and the legendary Super Bowl Halftime show in 2012.
