Cosmo's Factory - 2008 European Fantasy Label Back To Black Series 11-track LP Reissue - 180 Gram

2008 Back to Black series reissue of infectios rockabilly, folk, and R&B fuelled San Francisco east bay area roots rock quartets fifth studio album - originally released by released by Fantasy Records in July 1970.

In its original review, Rolling Stone opined, "It should be obvious by now that Creedence Clearwater Revival is one great rock and roll band. Cosmo's Factory, the group's fifth album, is another good reason why."

Much later AllMusic states, "On 'Long as I Can See the Light', the record's final song, he again finds solace in home, anchored by a soulful, laid-back groove. It hits a comforting, elegiac note, the perfect way to draw 'Cosmo's Factory' – an album made during stress and chaos, filled with raging rockers, covers, and intense jams – to a close."

Cosmo's Factory  features the singles "Travelin' Band", "Up Around the Bend", "Lookin' Out My Back Door" and the Marvin Gaye cover "I Heard It Through the Grapevine."

Pressed onto 180g vinyl - Includes a MP3-voucher - housed in a picture cover featuring the original 1970 artwork.
