2016 high quality issue of synth pop quartets 1986 album  - their 5th - slightly more sophisticated and definite dip into darker sounds than their industrial pop album 'Some Great Reward' from 1984... in many ways the album that introduced and defined their present sound and established them as a dominant and mature act within the electronic music scene - in his retrospective 2007 album review, Rolling Stone's Rob Sheffield referred to the album as an "instant classic".


'Black Celebration' features the classic entries in the DM canon: "Stripped", "A Question of Lust", "A Question of Time" and "But Not Tonight".

 

Pressed onto 180 gram vinyl - delivered in a spot laquered gatefold picture cover if not identical then true to to the 1986 issue
