Mid- to late 1970ies US Atlantic label 3rd issue LP of British prog rockers' 3rd album - originally released in 1971 - introducing guitarist Steve Howe - from In-Crowd/Tomorrow and Bodast - as a replacement for Peter Banks - also their last to feature keyboardist Tony Kaye until Yes reformed with 1983's 90125.

 

Vinyl has the generic green and orange company labels with top boxed A, 'fan' logo and Atlantic text on multicoloured background and mid-white banner with sound 'Stereo' text and side numbering. Labels have lower rim "75 Rockefeller Plaza, N.Y." address paired with the small Warner Bros. logo - a label used from 1975 and onwards.

 

Vinyl is housed in a sturdy non-barcoded gatefold picture cover.

suggesting this particular pressing to be manufactured from a laquer manufactured by Atlantic Studios by George Piros (Side 1) and Dennis King (Side 2) - pressed at the Presswell pressing plant in Ancora, NJ


Condition: VG++ (Vinyl and Labels)/VG++ (Cover):
Vinyl is bright and shiny - has almost no signs of pålay or handling - perfect labels. Gatefold picture cover is extremely close to mint - a solid close to mint copy.
