Phoenix - Original 1972 UK Capitol label 10-track LP

Original 1972 UK Capitol label 10-track LP - grand American hard rock combos sixth studio album - featuring the single "Rock & Roll Soul".

Vinyl has slightly altered generic black printed yellow company labels, with band logo and album font above spindlehole. Capitol "target" logo at 3 o'clock and "Made By The Grammophone Co...." credit at top rim.

Vinyl is housed in an outer laminated Garrod & Lofthouse printed gatefold cover.

Vinyl has the machine stamped matrix info:
Side 1: EA-ST 1 11099-1, mother/stamper 1 GR
Side 2: EA-ST 2 11099-1, mother/stamper 1 H
suggesting that this album is pressed by The Gramophone Co. Ltd. in Hayes, Middlesex - manufactured from the first mastering and first set of mothers - early stampers

Condition: VG++ (Vinyl and Labels)/VG++ (Cover):

Vinyl is bright and shiny - has almost no signs of play or handling - in itself easily graded near mint. Labels has a light degree of fine, simple and superficial spindletraces - lokks like a single or two handfulls ´- no wear to centerhole itself. Labels are graded near  kint.

Cover is very nice - perfect inner spread - no real wear to outer laminate - just a light degree of wrinkles from edges and a few small areas of laminate lift - perfect spine and top seam - lower seam and opening edges has very marginal rubbing - overall a close to mint cover.
