Shut Down - Original 1963 US Pressed Capitol label 12-track Stereo LP

Rare Original 1963 US Pressed Capitol label 12-track Stereo LP, classic 60's surf and hot rod tracks, featuring songs by The Beach Boys, The Cheers, Super Stocks, The Piltdown Men, Robert Mitchum, Jimmy Dolan and The Eligibles.

Vinyl has the generic black spectral/rainbow rim company labels and upper oval company logo - housed in a front pasted picture cover.

Vinyl has machine stamped matrix info:
Side 1: DT-1-1918-W3
Side 2: DT-1-1918-B4

Both sides have the 'IAM' triangle - stressing that this copy was pressed at Capitols Scranton, Pennsylvania, pressing plant which employed the members of the International Association of Machinists union.

Condition: VG++ (Vinyl and Labels/ VG+(+) (Cover):
Bright and shiny vinyl - hardly any evidence of play - perfect Side 2 label, a single light, simple and superficial spindletrace to Side 1 - overall graded near mint.

Cover has the slightest rubbing along lower front seam? hardly any smudging to the fragile back. Seams are intact and without pressure points or shelling? perfect. Spine is perfectly readable, front opening edge has a very slight dent - otherwise near.
Spine corners are pointy and perfect - lower opening corner very slightly dented - top one perfect. All in all a simply extremely nice cover - graded near mint.
