Rare original 1969 Scandinavian distributed Verve label/MGM distribution 11-track compilation LP featuring songs that were previously released on 'Freak Out!', 'Absolutely Free' and 'We're Only in It for the Money' - and which contains unique mixes or edits done specifically for this compilation - released just prior to the release of the Mothers of Invention's fifth studio album, Uncle Meat.

Vinyl has the generic blue and silver printed company labels with top corved 'Verve' text in large cursive lettering - labels has 'NCB' copyright info and machine stamped matrix information:

Side 1: 2 P 1969 D9 <>V 00 710021 S1 51
Side 2: 2 P 1969 D9 <>V 00 710021 S2 51

Suggesting that this copy was manufactured from the 2nd mastering/father, mastered April, 1969 contracted by a Deutsche Grammophon related, and probably pressed by one of the German Deutsche Grammophon Gesellschaft Pressing Plants - for general Scandinavian distribution.

Vinyl is placed in a gatefold picture cover.

Condition: VG++ (Vinyl and Labels)/VG++ (Cover):
Vinyl is bright and lustrous - has hardly any signs of play or handling - only a single or two sleeve scuffs that you really have to look hard for to find - extremely close to mint.

Labels have less than a handful spindletraces - simple and light and within the center ring... plain near mint labels - obviously not an album played more than a very few times and care for when so.

Cover is likewise nice - superb laminate couple of hardly noticeable wrinkles from spine, a very few ones from back top seam, a marginal lower spine corner dent - very slight inevitable bottom pressure markings... that is if you do not have the ability to store this hovering above the shelf.
Cover is otherwise completely mint - without any wear to laminate - front and back center covers and inner spread - graded near mint. The best copy we have ever seen.
