Original 1989 US SST label 3-track 12" - the sole single from Seattle grungsters debut album 'Ultramega OK' - also featuring the track 'Head Injury' which woulkd surface on the album and the flipside 'Toy Box' from the recording sessions to Soundgardens 1st EP, 'Screaming Life' sessions.

Vinyl has black labels with yellow printing - picture cover.

Condition: VG++ (Vinyl and Labels)/VG++ (Cover):
Vinyl is superbly bright and shiny - hardly any sleeve wear - mint labels - easily graded close to mint.
Cover is neat - still in its (opened) shrink wrapping -only a little opening edge and corners rubbing - otherwise mint.
