Rare 2000 Classic Records 4-track audiophile 45 RPM 4x12" Set - a supremely catchy classic - originally released by The Blue Note label in 1958 as a mainstay addition to their catalogue.
'Cool Struttin' features Herminie, Pennsylvania, born jazz pianist backed by alto saxophonist Jackie McLean and trumpeter Art Farmer as well as the legendary rhythm section from the Miles Davis Quintet: Drummer Philly Joe Jones and bassist Paul Chambers.

'Cool Strutting'' was labelled an "enduring hard-bop classic" by The New York Times.

The album is mastered from the original session tapes by Bernie Grundman Mastering and subsequently pressed on four 180 g single sided 12" high definition virgin vinyls - cut at 45rpm - for ultimate fidelity - manufactured limited to 500 copies.

Vinyls are housed in four picture covers - each featuring Reid Miles classic and original artwork displaying a photograph of the legs of producer Alfred Lion's wife, Ruth, by Francis Wolff.

Unopened and unused - intact circular company sticker on lower front.
