Custom picture disc - held in a custom card picture cover - autographed on back by entire band line up.

Condition: VG++ (Disc)/VG++ (Sleeve):
Disc has never been used - has a touch of inevitable playing side pressure marks from being stored in a card sleeve - overall extremely close to mint.

Card has a touch of wrinkling and creasing - nothing grave - graded near mint as well.
