Mørkets Splintrede Øje - Original 1982 Danish Irmgardz label 10-track Music Cassette & Lyric Book

Rare original 1982 Danish Irmgardz label 10-track Music Cassette featuring the lyrics of poet & spokesman for the Danish squatter movement Michael Valeur - and the music of Scatterbrain member Jesper Siberg.

Light grey cassette has printed tracklisting labels - held in a black and clear cover. Cassette and booklet are placed in a resealable plastik bag along with two black & white Valeur and Siberg publicity photos - of which one has photoghraphers name handwritten on back.

Package comes complete with 12-page 6" x 11,5" softbound and stabled booklet featuring richly illustrated lyrics.

Michael Valeur is still active as a lyricist working with theatre, manuscripts, games, multimedia development a. o. This is however a pretty astonishing document encompassing both the dark atmosphere, and the anger and energy as well as the mood and expression of the 1980ies counterculture.

Cassette itself and cassette labels are perfect, cover has light and superficial creasing, no cracks.

One photograph has attached itself to the other inflicting a couple of lower left tears and a little light greyish discolouration in the same area. Picture are otherwise nice with minor wrinkling a few tiny, tiny tears. Photos are graded VG and VG+ respectively.

Booklet has some degree of wrinkling along spine and from going leafing through the pages - a little edge and corners rubbing as well - by far nothing grave - inner pages are at least near mint - outer cover graded straight VG+.
