Scarce original 1972 UK Island 1st pressing LP - British singer/songwriter and guitarists 1st solo album and eccentric vision of fusing the old and the new - folk and rock.

Vinyl has the geeneric 'pink rim palm tree' company labels and A/B-1U matrix endings.

Vinyl is held in a generic light blue company inner with lower company logo and address - ultimately in a pinched spine picture cover with company name, logo and Basing Street address on lower mid back.

Condition: VG++ (Vinyl and Labels)/VG+(+) (Cover):

Vinyl is exceptionally bright and shiny in perfect condition with no wear on label or vinyl - vinyl has a speckled greyish surface from the inner sleeve - has no affect on play but reduces grading to near perfect.

Picture cover has superb front and back centres with almost no wear along vinyl outline.
Cover is nice along edges - straight and íntact seams with almost no wear - even the pinched parts are great. Spine is almost without pressure and easily readable - opening without rubbing.

Cover has a tiny upper spine and a more manifest lower opening corner dent - the latter settling wia light wrinkle or two. Cover is as such very nice with only marginal imperfections which has no or very little effect on the viewing of the cover which is graded at least close to near perfect/excellent.
