Rare original 1995 US Reprise label 11-track LP - the debut album by Cleveland industrial rock duo featuring Richard Patrick, former touring guitarist for Trent Reznors Nine Inch Nails.

Vinyl has white and black printed labels - top boxed ?:r? logo - complete with credits and tracklisting insert - picture cover.

Condition: M- (Vinyl and Labels)/M- (Insert)/VG++ (Cover):
Vinyl is bright and lustrous - no signs of play or handling what so ever - mint labels.
Insert is mint - cover has faint top opening corner sticker glue discolouration, a single light and superficial crease - easily graded close to mint? this is an opened cover - meaning sticker seal has been cut, which has not affected the grading.
