Front and back covers fold out and reveals tour dates as well as completely intactin forms for Greenpeace, Amnesty International, Euro CASO and The Terrence Higgins Trust.

Programme is nice ? has a gentle upper right front corner dent which reflects all the way through the programme ? which otherwise only have a marginal degree of edge and corners rubbing? a touch of superficial creasing ? very nice and overall graded close to near perfect/excellent.
