Fragile - Original 1971 UK Atlantic label 1st Issue 9-track LP

Rare original 1971 UK Atlantic label 1st pressing 9-track LP - British progressive rock combos 4rth album and their first record to feature Rick Wakeman on a variety of keyboards.

Vinyl has the generic orange and plum coloured company labels with large fonted company name and integrated boxed fan logo and vertical, small fonted company name in the white mid-stripe.

This copy has the Arnakata/Kinney Music Side 1 publishing credits for 'Cans And Brahms'.

Vinyl has machine stamped matrix information:
Side 1: 2401019 A//1 1 1 1 5
Side 2: 2401019 B//1 1 1 1 6
stressing that this copy was manufactured from the first master, the first set of fathers, the 1st mothers and early stampers.

Vinyl is held in a matt finish gatefold picture cover with integral 8-page booklet - manufactuted by MacNeill Press Ltd.

Condition: VG++ (Vinyl and Labels)/M- (Booklet)/VG+(+) (cover):

Vinyl is sublimely bright and lustrous - has a very few fine and faint sleeve marks in the otherwise mint vinyl.
Labels are likewise very close to mint with only a marginal degree of spindletraces - a single or two placed within the narrow centre ring.

Vinyl is overall easily graded near mint.

Cover has a very nice front and back centre - only a little slight, superficial creasing. Inner spread is mint except for an upper panel 1 rubberstamped name - perfect booklet - neatly attached.

Seams are intact with only very little wear - by far most more pronounced at lower seams and especially against lower seam corners - almost none to upper seams and spine, which is easily readable and unporessurized. Opening edges has just a touch of rubbing and corners has from almost none to just a little rubbing - cover is overall graded close to near perfect/excellent.
