Scarce 1969 UK Island Records 9-track vinyl LP - the 2nd issue of Mick Abrahams British blues rock combos debut album - issue with the textured pink company labels with black 'block' logo around centre hole stretching to lower label.
Vinyl has machine stamped matrix information.
Side 1: ILPS + 9101X + A
Side 2: ILPS + 9101 + B2
Vinyl is housed in an Ernest J. day & Co manufactured gatefold picture cover with 'basing street' address on midlower back.
Condition: VG+(+) (vinyl & labels)/VG+(+) (Cover):
Vinyl still retains its original lustre, has a slightly poor degree of carbon dying though - which has no effect on the grading. Vinyl has has a very few superlight and inaudible marks on Side 1 - a single on Side 2 - combined with a touch of sleeve wear.
Labels has a single, short and barely visible spindlemark - vinyl is overall graded close to near perfect/excellent.
Front pivture cover is very nice - almost no signs of gandling or storage - plain near perfect. Back has a touch of edge- and ringwear - next to nothing. Seams ae intact but with a touch of discontinued weat - a little to lower seam - almost nothing to the easily readable spine and upper seam - very nice corners which has just a touch of wear - overall a very nice close to near perfect/excellent cover - and overall a very decent copy.
