Custom printed and watermarked CD-R(ecordable) Acetate - is placed in clear plastic envelope sleeve along with picture insert - both disc and insert has been nuymbered and personalized.

Condition: VG++ (Disc)/VG+(+) (Sleeve):
Disc has very faint playing surface wear - name on front data insert has been obliterated in ballpoint - otherwise a perfect copy.
