Rare original 1956 USA Chess label 2-track 7" single - on the generic blue and silver company labels: Silver top with blue Chess-logo and chess-pieces - blue background and silver printing in the bottom.

This copy has been mailed out for promotional purposes and is housed in a generic die cut brown paperbag sleeve with a "No Use Knocking b/w Laura Lee" sticker on both sides - and a small promotional description of the two tracks on the flip side.

Both sides are wonderfull cajun-styled r&b. Quoting the original promotional description: "... (Laura) is a ballad of love and devotion, with a more uptempo rhythmic delivery on the flip".

Condition: VG+(+) (Vinyl and Labels)/VG+ (Sleeve):
Vinyl has a touch of sleeve wear - plays amazing with barely any noise except just a little crackling in the soundless parts - labels are very nice - a couple of light stains - minor signs of wear - playingtime "2.05" is written with pencil on Side A - vinyl is overall graded close to near perfect/excellent.
Sleeve has gentle vinyl outline, an allmost full side split - light wrinkling and tiny rips along the upper opening - overall a very nice copy. In one top corner a code/catalognumber - "Neil(?) 101" - in handwriting.
