Rare original 1969 Decca Nova Series 5-track 1st stereo pressing vinyl LP - Mick Hutchinson and Andy Clark' raga-blues-rock guitar-dominated psychedelic debut gemm.
Vinyl has the generic turquoise and silver printed labels - with boxed company logo just above centrehole.
Vinyl has machine stamped matrix information:
Side 1: XZAL-9021-P-1W Mother/Stamper 1 C
Side 2: XZAL-9022-P-1W Mother/Stamper 1 U
stressing that this copy is a first pressing - between the first few hundred copies pressed.
Vinyl is housed in a generic blue and white polylined company inner sleeve and ultimately in Moore & Matthes Ltd. picture cover Clarifoil laminated on front and over the spine.
Condition: VG+ (Vinyl)/VG+ (Labels)/VG+ (Cover):
Vinyl is beautifully shiny and in very nice VG+ condition - a couple of inaudible marks combined with fine and faint sleeve wear - overall straight VG+. Labels has a single light spindlemark on Side 1 label and a couple more diffuse ones on the Side 2 label - graded straight near perfect - vinyl is conservatively overall held at a VG+ grading.
Front cover has some small wrinkles from edges and a longer one in the upper right corner - along with some scattered superficial creasing which does not transcend the laminate and cover.
Back cover has a couple of light brownish age spots, a stripe of tape residue in the upper right area - otherwise only superficial creasing.
Seams are intact with only a single 1mm spot of wear on lower seam - spine is easily readable and close to unpressurized - albeit cover is cut in a way leaving part to most text on front. Cover has light edge wear and is graded straight VG+ - a very nice cover.
