Telephone Free Landslide Victory - 1985 US Promotional Issue LP

1985 US Independent Project label 17-track promotional issue LP of the debut album from Redlands, California self proclaimed 'surrealist absurdist folk' combo.

Album artwork bears former Savage Republic guitarist and label owner, Bruce Lichers, supreme signature - beautifully orchestrated and fine prints artwork - from the custom printed labels to the letterpressed inner sleeve and carboard stock picture cover held in dark greenish blue and orange colours. Cover comes complete with IPR release and info inserts of which the latter has rubberstamped 'Sample' print - and sticker placed on front clear plastic wrapping.

This copy is a pre-Rough Trade distribution copy, but does not have any numbering identifying as a first pressing - on the other hand it does not have the "Second Edition: 1175 cp. / September 1985" text on lower right back.

Condition: M- (Vinyl and Labels)/VG++ (Inner Sleeve)/2xM- (Inserts)/VG++ (Cover)/M- (Sticker):
Vinyl is beautifulluy shiny and mint - perfect labels.
Both inserts are perfect, inner sleeve has the usual light signs of handling - No bends, tears, splits... just very light signs of handling.
Cover has light corner dents of which a single has inflicted a little wrinkling in the corner area - cover is graded straight near perfect - a delicious copy.
