rare authentic 1998 Edel Music Denmark gold CD award presented to the record label itself to commemorate sales in Denmark in excess of 25.000 copies.

The award features a centered and mounted CD - the disc from the commercially availiable release - mounted just beneath the front artwork of the release and just above a centered black engraved dedication plaque.

Disc, artwork and plague are mounted directly on a black felt background.

The dedication plague states 'Guld Til Edel Records Denmark - For Salg Af Mere End 20.000 Eksemplarer af Art Garfunkel "Across America" - 1996 - Certificeret Af IFPI Danmark Nr 1998-47' and the gold metal framed award measures 24,5 cm x 37,5 cm.

The award has a manufacturers rubberstamp on lower back and is accompanied by a signed letter of authenticity from Sound Station.

Disc, plague, artwork, background and manufacturers tag are in perfect condition - frame has barely any storage wear and is graded close to perfect.
