Live 8 - July2nd2005 - 4-disc Box Set

2005 EU EMI Music 4DVD box set - a collection of live performances documenting the 9 concerts held in front of more than 2 million viewers in Hyde Park, London, France, Germany, Italy, USA, Canada, Japan, South Africa & Russia coinciding with the G8 summit in Scotland, calling for called for the eight leaders to double aid, fully cancel debt, and deliver trade justice for Africa - in short, to start making poverty history in 2005.

Contributing artists and bands are Pink Floyd, U2, Madonna, Paul McCartney, Coldplay, kean, muse, Annie Lennox, Neil young, The Who, Velvet Revolver, Sting... and many, many others.

The all regions, full colour PAL DVD offers the choice between Dolby 2.0 and Dolby/DTS 5.1 surround sound - and a choice between english, french, dutch, german, spanish, italian, and portugese subtitles.

Picture discs are mounted on clear trays in a 5-panel digipak picture cover along with 12-page booklet and 'Live 8' offer insert.

The DVD Box is still in its original factory seal, stickered in the lower left corner.
