Rare US 13th Floor Records & Filmworks 2nd Issue 3-track 7" Single - the 2nd 7" manufactured with the yellow and black radiation labels - distributed in a picture cover with top-back Faulty distro logo.
7" in Faulty Products 'Atom Bomb' distribution sleeve.
Vinyl has a little light shading - which has no influence on the sound - and hardly any sleeve inflicted wear.
Labels are mint - this does not look like vinyl played more than once or twice at most. Vinyl is graded close to near mint.
Picture sleeve has light vinyl outline and a marginal lower corner bends - tiny wrinkles along edges but hardly any edge or corners rubbing - very nice - graded close to near mint as well.
