Tron: Ares - 2025 European Polydor Label 24-track 2LP Set (Pre-Order)

24 New Tracks from Nine Inch Nails: The duo of Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross will release their album for the cult Disney film TRON: Ares on September 19, 2025, featuring the new single “As Alive As You Need Me To Be.” With this release, the band continues its successful history of soundtrack work: their previous scores for films like The Social Network (2010), Soul (2020), and Challengers (2024) have earned them numerous awards, including two Oscars, three Golden Globes, an Emmy, and a Grammy.

Trent Reznor’s signature dark industrial sound perfectly captures the atmosphere of the TRON sci-fi universe—whose previous installment featured a score by Daft Punk. Reznor’s influence on the alternative music scene has remained unshaken since the late ’80s: with hits like “Closer” and “Hurt,” and albums like The Downward Spiral, the mastermind fused electronic elements with rock in ways never heard before. TRON: Ares marks their first release in five years and delivers 70 minutes of brand-new music—available on CD and vinyl starting September 19.
