U2 have revisited their impressive catalog of songs and offer with Songs of Surrender a wide range of new interpretations of classic U2 tracks. The release is curated and produced by the band's guitarist, The Edge.

With more than 40 years behind them and countless iconic hits and fan favorites in the backpack, there have been enough songs to get down to. Immortal songs such as With Or Without You, One, Beautiful Day and Sunday Bloody Sunday are given brand new life by a band with a musical life experience that is few and far between.

The new interpretations involve completely new arrangements and in some cases even revised lyrics. In total, the band covered 40 of their songs for the project here, all 40 of which will be released in delicious deluxe box sets (each disc named after a band member), while selected songs will also be available separately on CD and LP.
