About the album, he says himself: "Me and my dad had a relationship that's not uncommon for people to have with their fathers, which is a non-perfect one. Talking to him is symbolic and non-symbolic, but it's literally closure for my childhood. Not getting to have that moment left me to figure out a lot with my damn self ". 15 tracks long and with samples from old jazz, soul and Earl's own father, mother and uncle.

Produced by Earl Sweatshirt himself with the help of i.a. Denmark Vessey, Hugh Masekela, Shamel of SOTC and Gio Escoba. The album has been met with huge praise from reviewers and is now finally coming out on vinyl.
