Scarce 1987 US Ralph Records red vinyl 14-track LP pressing of The Residents' 1978 'Duck Stab / Buster & Glen' LP - manufactured limited to 500 copies... quintessential Residents - short simple structures... guitars mixed with the relatively primitive synthesizers and electronic gadgets of the time. Allmusics Kieran McCarthy wrote that the "Chorus chants on "Bach Is Dead" meet with a melody that sounds like a cross between a sixth grader playing recorder and someone scratching on a balloon." and "It seems annoying and stupid at first, but over time you feel compelled to listen again and again. Such is the glory of the Residents!"

... and the handetched trail off information:
Side 1: S-18422-RR-87521-A I-I ᨑ
Side 2: S-18423-RR-87521-B I-I ᨑ

Condition: VG+(+) (Vinyl and Labels)/M- (Cover):
Vinyl is nice - bright shiny and with a couple of very marginal lines which looks more sleeve inflicted than actual drop marks - otherwise just a touch of faint sleeve scuffing. Side 1 label has two small areas with the tiniest tears - looks like a marginal label defect - Side 2 label is mint. Eveything adds up to a close to near mint/excellent grading.
Cover is superb - still in its intact but opened original shrink wrapping - without any signs of handling or storage - perfect in every aspekt.
