Original 1978 US Warner Bros label 10-track LP - the 13th album by Orillia, Canada, born folk and country singer/songwriter.

Vinyl has the generic company Burbank labels with top shield logo and lower rim circular Warner distribution - housed in an illustrated lyric inner sleeve - ultimately in a picture cover

Condition: VG+(+) (Vinyl and Labels)/VG+ (Inner Sleeves)/VG++ (Cover):

Vinyl is bright and shiny - hardly any signs of play or handling.
Labels has 2 - 4 light, simple and superficial spindletraces - as well as a minor label imperfection close to Side 2 center hole - overall near mint vinyl.

Inner sleeve has a few milder bends - no splits - just light signs of handling - graded close to near mint.

Sleeve is still in its original - opened - shrink wrapping... hardly any signs of play or handling where the cover has been opened... graded near mint.
