Very rare original 1970 UK Polydor label 5-track vinyl LP - The Webs 3rd and final album - adding later Greenslade and Stackridge member Dave Lawson as songwriter, keayboard player and vocalist... making the 'I Spider' album a completely diffrent and way more progressive jazz-rock effort compared to their previos albums - labelled 'an album no to be missed' by Vernon Joynson.

Vinyl has the the red company label with upper large fonted company name in white printing and top 'half album' logo.

Vinyl has machine stamped matrix information:
Side 1: 2383024 A//1 1 1 2
Side 2: 2383024 B//1 1 1 2
outlining that this copy was manufactured from the first master tape run, first set of master matrices, fathers and mothers and extremely early stampers - a solid first pressing and a very early copy within this.

Vinyl is housed in a matt finish E.J. Day Group manufactured gatefold picture cover.

Condition: VG+(+) (Vinyl)/M- (Labels)/VG+(Cover):

Vinyl: Close to Near Perfect/Excellent - VG+(+):
Vinyl is bright and shiny - has a single or two extremely light marks mixed with a light degree of sleeve wear - simply very nice vinyl.

Labels: Near Mint, VG++:
Labels has a light degree of diffuse spindletraces - all apart from a single or two light excursions placed within the centre ring - looks like between a single and a couple of handfuls.

Cover: Very Good Plus, VG+:

Front and back cover centres has a suprlight degree of superficial creasing and a very few light opening and spine edge wrinkles - a touch of upper back ringwear.

Inner spread is extremely close to mint - only 2 - 3 very marginal opening wrinkles from mint.

Cover has light wear to upper and lower seams - discontinued so along spine edges - spine is only periodically very marginally pressurized.

Spine corners has a little rubbing - opening corners just very minor rubbing.

Cover is overall very nice - especially when considering the very high potential for wear to the fragile uncoated surface. This cover displays only minor defects - as opposed to tears, rips, writing and other major flaws.
Most defects on this copy is not visible at first glance, but first upon closer investigation - and as such they do not take anything from the pleasure of viewing this surrealistic piece of coverart - a more than decent copy - graded at least VG+, but more in the close to near perfect/excellent region.
