Menlove Ave. - 1986 Japanese Capitol label 10-track LP

Scarce 1986 Japanese 10-track LP issue of the 2nd posthumous release of Lennon's music, having been recorded during the sessions from his albums 'Walls and Bridges' and 'Rock 'n' Roll' - named after the street name of John Lennon's childhood home.

Vinyl has the generic black company labels with rainbow rims and top oval company logo - comes complete with additional insert with both Japanese and English lyrics and mini picture album discography. Vinyl and insert are kept in a heavy card picture cover with black background 2.800 yen priced OBI.

Condition: M- (Vinyl)/VG++ (Labels)/M- (Insert)/VG++ (Cover)/VG++ (OBI):
Vinyl itself is superbright and lustrous - has no signs of play or handling what so ever - straight mint.
Labels has a single very short and superficial spindletrace in the imediate surrounding of the centre hole - labels are graded near mint.
Insert has almost no signs of handlin, cover has a touch of spine edge wrinkling but is otherwise in mint shape - OBI is likewise extraordinarily close to mint.

Side 1, track 2 is recorded for, but left off, Mind Games in July - August 1973, at Record Plant, N.Y.
Side 2, tracks 1 - 5 are rehearsal recordings for Walls and Bridges in mid-1974 - recorded at Record Plant, N.Y.
