Rare 1997 Genesis Publications numbered, limited and autographed 138-page hardback book - 'a profound pictorial document of that bond between The Beatles and their 'guardian' country: from their first trip to Hamburg in 1960 to a national tour and John's film work in 1966. Containing rare and unseen photographs of The Beatles accompanied by a full length commentary, Astrid Kirchherr and photographer Günter Zint also add their recollections to the book.

Among these gems, all superbly reproduced, are the classic Top Ten Club photographs by Peter Brüchmann and the unseen Günter Zint Bravo-Blitztournee images. The book measures 15.83" x 12.05" x 2.99" and is stylishly designed packed with photos, master printed in Italy using fine-screen lithography onto Bodonia uncoated art paper, quarter-bound by hand with blind embossing and finished with the expertise and care that Genesis Publications insist upon.

The book is housed in a silk-screened, clear acrylic/ perspex slipcase. Each of these cases is individually made by hand.

'The Beatles In Germany' comes is machine numbered - this copy is number 150 of 1750 copies manufactured - and personally signed for authentication by Tony Sheridan, Günter Zint and Ulf Krüger.

The book comes with genuine 1960ies piece of Beatles memorabilia - an original German 146 x 142 mm gingerbread topper pasted into each copy of the book - also including four pages of specially-made commemorative stamps of German Beatles memorabilia - only available with the Beatles in Germany limited edition book.

Pages are perfect, cover mint - spine without any signs of handling or storage - book itself is perfect in every way.
Slipcase has almost no signs of storage - a touch of the very faintest scuffing is all. Slipcase is graded strickly close to mint - a superb copy of this rare and absolutely lavish Beatles document.
