Picture disc is mounted on a grey tray, 24 page illustrated lyric booklet, back insert, standard jewel case.

Disc is mint - both playing and picture surface. Booklet has milder defect to front picture on the booklet booklet - a very mild bend or a Little rubbing from the tabs - back insert is perfect.
