Scarce original 1980 US Citadel label LP - a repackaged and remastered 2nd issue of Varese Sarabande sublabels work with German born composer Hans J. Salters horror film scores for Universal from 1939 - 1941 and Aberdeen, South Dakota, born composer/conducter John Cacavas eerie score for Eugenio Martíns 1972 horror flick Horror Express, starring Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing

The scores from The Son Of Frankenstein (1939), The Mummy's Hand (1940), Black Friday (1940) and Man Made Monster (1941) are taken from European fabricated late 1940ies and early 1950ies mono acetates and has not been reprocessed for stereo sound.

Vinyl has black and beige company labels - held in a glossy and lightly textured back pasted picture cover.

Condition: VG++ (Vinyl and Labels)/VG++ (Cover):
Vinyl is superlustrous and has almost no signs of play or handling - cover has a touch of edge and corners wear - otherwise perfect - very nice and overall graded near mint.
