1987 US Enigma label 11-track vinyl LP - the 2nd album by Lancaster, South Carolina born alt-college rock singer and musicians and jangle-pop key-producer.

Vinyl has the generic beige company labels with back centre/red rimprint - generic company logo to the left of centre hole - vinyl is hoysed in a single pocket picture cover - autographed on back "To Wayne - I Bought A House From A Woman In Canton Named Julie Greene... Are You Related? Don Dixon"

Condition: M- (Vinyl and Labels)/VG+(+) (Cover):
Vinyl is superlustrous and perfect - labels mint.
Cover has a touch of wear - a thin opening deletion/promotional saw cut - hence the close to near perfect cover grading - autograph/text is easily readable and undamaged.
