Rare 1969 UK Morgan Blue Town label 12-track vinyl LP from english psychedelic and jazz influenced folk combo.

Vinyl has the blue company labels with black printing and upper outline company name-logo.

Vinyl has machine stamped matrix info:
Side 1: BT 5001.A-1G, mother/stamper. 1U
Side 2: BT 5001.B-1G, mother/stamper. 1B
Both sides has JT taxcode stamped at 12 o'clock.
This is as such one of the earliest copies pressed... not that one would expect that many mothers or stampers to have been manufactured to press this superrare album.

Vinyl is housed in a polylined inner sleeve with lower right corner 'R.S. 2 -69' text and finally in a textured Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. flipback picture cover.

Condition:

Cover: Close to near perfect, VG+(+):
Vinyl is wonderfully near perfect - shiny near perfect with just a touch of superficial sleeve wear.

Labels: Close to near perfect, VG+(+):
Labels are close to perfect and close to near perfect respectively with less than a handfull of spindlemarks on each label breaking the delicate light blue surface - and a last name handwritten in ballpoint on one label.

Cover: Close to near perfect, VG+(+):
Front cover has gentle impression of vinyl to the cover and a slight wrinkle in the uppwe left corner region from a light corner bend.
Back cover has barely any signs of handling - a few very marginal wrinkles on the extension flaps - barely worth mentioning. Back cover itself is perfect.
Cover has discontinued shelwear - barely any wear to upper seam and spine except for a little wear against and to spine corners.
Vinyl plays great - straight perfect track, great tone and dynamics and barely any noise even in the quiet or soundless parts - a more than decent copy.

'The album is a sparse slight jazzy Folk release with Psychedelic overtones. The main attraction is the clear voice of Polly Perkins and the interesting woodwind parts. Standout tracks are "Munching The Candy" and "Rachel's Dream", the latter starting sentimentally but incorporating a lovely Russian theme.'
