CD is printed at the EMI's Dutch Uden pressing plant and mounted on a clear tray, 16-page illustrated front lyrics and data booklet featuring the unrated version of Guy Peellaerts artwork, back insert printed on both sides, David Bowie online insert, normal 'fat' stickered jewel case.
