The Planets - Japan/US Limited Numered Edition Ultra High Quality Record Issue

Extremely rare 1982 US Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab 13-track limited edition UHQR Audiophile LP box set containing a 180gm High Definition Super Vinyl LP issue of Gustav Holsts work The Planets with London Philharmonic Orchestra directed by Sir Georg Solti - originally recorded february 1978 in Kingsway Hall, London, and released the following year on vinyl by the Decca label.
The 1982 Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab vinyl issue is pressed by the Victor Company of Japan.

Vinyl is housed in a anti static inner and a sturdy protective/stiffening fold-out white card inner sleeve - and finally in an unique individually handnumbered picture sleeve with recording data on back - complete with numbered certificate of 'UHQR Certificate of Authenticity' signed by the President of MFSL.

Everything is housed in a 3/4 inch thick black cardboard box also containing two protective carbon foam anti stain pads. Box is manufactured in 5000 copies - this is number 1969.

Cover is perfect - certificate, pads and box itself are in immaculate condition - a stunning copy.
