1989 US Revelatuion label 5-track 7"EP 2nd issue of 1988 Schism original. This is the first Revelation issue however in the orange sleeve - one of 4000 copies on black vinyl, picture cover

Condition: VG+ (Vinyl and Labels)/M- (Insert)/VG+(+) (Picture Cover):

Vinyl is straight VG+ with just a couple of light marks combine with light sleeve scuffing.
Labels are in close to perfect condition with less than a handfull of spindlemarks.
Picture cover has just a little corners and light edge wear - cover is graded close to near perfect.
