Rare 2006 UK EMI PAL testpressing 3DVD set from their live performance at Dortmund's Westenfalenhalle Arena in December 2003 during the 'Dance of Death Tour' -the set comprises a stereo and Dolby Digital 5.1 version on two seperate disks and a sepecial featues disc, presented without print on CDs - only centre ring information - in a 2CD jewelcase in outer custom picture card slipcase.
