Disc is manufactured as a generic printed company CD-R(cordable), housed in a generic company sleeve - comes with full cue sheet.

Disc itself has a touch of playing surface wear - otherwise perfect and graded close to near perfect7excellent. Cue sheet is very close to perfect with light signs of handling besides the obvious bend from mailing the set out.
