Additional infoScarce original 1972 UK RCA Victor label 11-track LP - Reeds superb second solo effort - featuring four compositions originally written during The Velvets days: "Andy's Chest", "Satellite of Love", "New York Telephone Conversation" and "Goodnight Ladies" - and featuring the singles 'Vicious', 'Walk on the Wild' and 'Satellite of Love'... as well as the widely covered 'Perfect Day' - by U2, Duran Duran, a.o.

'Transformer' was produced by David Bowie and Mick Ronson.

Vinyl has the generic orange company labels with black center printe and white lower rim and company name print: large outline 'RCA' text to the left of center hole - solid mid-size horizontal to the right of center hole.

Vinyl has hand-etched (he) and machine stamped (ms) matrix information:
Side 1: BPRS 7038-2E (he), Father-Mother-Stamper: A2A (he)
Side 2: BPRS 7039 1E (ms), Father-Mother-Stamper: A6A (he)

Vinyl is housed in Clout & Baker printed laminated picture sleeve.

Condition: VG++ (Vinyl and Labels)/VG++ (Cover):

Vinyl is bright and shiny - hardly any signs of play or handling - mint labels.

Cover is likewise very nice - perfect front and back cover centers... pretty unreal, but there is no center laminate wear - a little fine and light wrinkling from edges, a few small spots of laminate lift along spine, intact seams, perfectly readable spine - a little rubbing to opening corners - nice and pointy spine corners... extremely nice - graded near mint.
