|Additional info||Original 1976 UK EMI label 10-track LP - British rock bands 5th album - their first one to be completely self-produced and their sequel to the impossibly legendary 'A Night At The Opera' album - still a superb mic of ballads, music hall'ish songs and hard rock tracks - a little less on the progressive rock influences than the predecessor - probably moving in a slightly more mainstream direction - featuring their singles 'Somebody to Love', 'Tie Your Mother Down', 'Teo Torriatte (Let Us Cling Together)', 'Good Old-Fashioned Lover Boy' and 'Long Away'.|
Vinyl has 4U/3U matrix endings - not amongst the first batch of copies to be pressed but still early on in the process.
Vinyl is housed in a die cut and rounded card inner sleeve with portraits of members on reverse - ultimately in a gatefold picture cover with lyrics in inner spread and lower back '1276 G&L' print.
Condition: VG++ (Vinyl and Labels)/VG++ (Inner Sleeve)/VG+(+) (Cover):
Vinyl is bright and shiny - just a little sleeve wear to one side - the other is mint. Side 1 label has a single simple and far from complex spindetrace - Side 2 label is mint. Vinyl is overall graded near mint.
Inner sleeve is likewise near mint - cover has just a little light wrinkling from edges from milder cover bends - hardly any creasing or rubbing to front and back cover centres.
Seams are nice and intact with just a little very discontinued wear - mostly in small spots - on lower seams and almost none to spine and top seams. Cover displays almost no spine corners rubbing and only very minor so to opening corners - a simple extremely nice copy overall. Cover is graded close to near mint/excellent.
