|Additional info||Rare and sought after original 1973 German United Artists 4-track LP - German experimental- or krautrock monolith's 5th album marking their departure from a rougher more protopunkish or experimental rockbased focus towards a far more organic and atmospheric emphasis "creating hazy, expansive soundscapes dominated by percolating rhythms and evocative layers of keys. Vocalist Damo Suzuki turns in his final and most inspired performance with the band... Aptly titled, Future Days is fiercely progressive, calming, complex, intense, and beautiful all at once. It is one of Can's most fully realized and lasting achievements."*|
Vinyl has the generic beige company labels with black printing and upper stylized, brown, large fonted 'UN' logo - otherwise black printing.
Vinyl has machine stamped (ms) and hand etched (he) trail off information:
Side 1: UA29505 A1 Made in Germany X
Side 2: UA29505 B1 Made in Germany X
- only the 'X' is handetched.
Vinyl comes complete with 12" square tracklisting and credits insert - held in a thin and flimpsy tracklisting and credits inner sleeve - ultimately in a gold embossed picture cover.
Condition: VG+(+) (Vinyl and Labels)/VG (Inner Sleeve)/VG++ (Insert)/VG+ (Cover):
Vinyl still retains its high shine and has a single short but superficial and completely inaudible surface mark paired with a Little sleeve Wear - indicating that the vinyl was used directly from the paper inner sleeve.
Side 1 label has a single or two short and superficial, simple and light spindletraces - Side 2 a couple or three - all placed within the centre ring perimeter - suggesting that this copy was used a very few times and cared well for when so. Labels are graded near mint - vinyl overall close to near mint/excellent.
Insert has marginal corner bends and is graded straight near mint.
Inner sleeve has tape-glue residue along upper right side and a bend left corners - otherwise only lighter sign of use.
Right seam is intact, lower seam has a ca 1" mid-split - right side has a top-half split - inner sleeve is overall graded straight VG.
Cover has a touch of superficial creasing and some degree of light wrinkles stretching from from edges.
Seam are straight and intact but has a little light and discontinued seam and edge wear and a little opening edge and corners rubbing which is slightly more pronounced at the lightly dente opening corners.
None of the imperfections really suppresses the great artwork which still has intact front and back - deep blue and golden colours - overall graded straight VG+ - not a copy for the very discerning collector but still a great copy.
